Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

MBSR is the gold standard of evidence-based mindfulness courses. At its core is relatively intensive training in mindfulness meditation. Three decades of research demonstrate the effectiveness of MBSR in supporting health, well-being, and treatment of a range of physical and mental health conditions.

Koru Mindfulness

Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based curriculum originally designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation and stress management to young adults. We find this three course curriculum is an excellent starting point for adults of all ages interested in exploring mindfulness practices.

Mindfulness Based Wellness (MB-Well™)

MB-Well™ is a health enhanced mindfulness based intervention incorporating physical activity, nutrition, and sleep. Restoring within yourself a balanced sense of health and well-being requires increased awareness of all aspects of self, including body and mind, heart and soul. Building upon core mindfulness practices, MB-Well is intended to ignite this inner capacity and infuse your life with awareness.

We have qualifications and certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Koru Mindfulness, as well as advanced post-doctoral training in mindfulness and acceptance based cognitive behavioral therapies, particularly as applied to depression, anxiety, health behaviors, and living with chronic illness and chronic pain.
